The Carter Skirt is our newest contrasted maxi skirt. The skirt is reversible and is fabricated in our dry jersey, giving you 2 skirts in 1! It can be worn with a brown waist band and blue skirt or can be reversed to fully blue. It features a fold over, gathered waistband to flatter the body and can be worn high or low rise, depending on preference.
